This restriction applies even if the duplicate Account was opened unintentionally or due to a technical error — it is the User's responsibility to ensure compliance.
You may not transfer, sell, or assign your Account to any third party. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Any unauthorized use of your Account credentials is your responsibility, and you agree to notify hoky69 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access.

All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. In cases where a match is postponed, canceled, or abandoned, specific settlement rules apply depending on the sport and bet type (e.g., postponed matches may be voided, or bets may stand if the match is rescheduled within 48 hours). hoky69 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event with incorrect odds due to a technical error (commonly known as "palpable error"). If odds are demonstrably incorrect at the time the bet was placed (e.g., decimal odds of 100.00 displayed due to a system glitch), the bet will be voided and the stake refunded.
